Who’s Christine?


I’m a Honolulu girl in a Los Angeles loft, making my way in the food world with my pen in hand and camera in purse.  I attended culinary school in Los Angeles while working as the assistant to the ever-inspiring Anne Willan and working with her on classes, recipe testing, demos, research and editing on her books, and everything in between.  My academic background is heavy on culinary history and literature, two things I love very dearly.  I can often be found chatting up vendors at the farmer’s market or poking through sale bins at second hand shops in search of the perfect serving spoon.

I love teaching and would be delighted to put together a hands-on class or demonstration for your friends, co-workers, small party, you name it.
